German Center, DRC Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building Tower D1, 11th Floor, 19 Dongfangdong Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China

Join the Brookings-Tsinghua Center for Public Policy and Globus of Caixin Media for a panel with Chinese and American experts on the trilateral relationship between China, the U.S. and Russia and nuclear arms control strategy.

Tensions have rapidly escalated on the Korean Peninsula and beyond in the wake of North Korea’s advancing nuclear and missile programs. Will China, the United States and Russia find common ground on North Korea? What are the possible channels for cooperation through multilateral efforts to reduce the risks of nuclear proliferation? What are the measures that will enable effective nuclear arms control on an international scale? Will those measures influence the prospect of China-U.S.-Russia relations?

The working languages for this event will be English and Chinese with simultaneous translation.
