Join the Brookings Institution for an online talk with Anatoly Antonov, Russia's Ambassador to the U.S., on U.S.-Russian relations.

This year represents another pivotal moment in the complicated history of U.S.-Russia relations since the end of the Cold War. A relationship that was once shaped by cooperation is now increasingly driven by competition and conflict. What are the prospects for the future of the relationship on key issues such as nuclear arms control, nonproliferation, regional security and the Arctic under a Biden administration?

On Wednesday, December 2, the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution will host Ambassador Anatoly Antonov for a conversation on these issues with senior fellows Frank Rose and Angela Stent.

Viewers can submit questions by emailing [email protected] or via Twitter using #USRussia.

Speakers:

Anatoly Antonov, ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United States

Angela Stent, Nonresident Senior Fellow - Foreign Policy, Center on the United States and Europe, Brookings Institution

Frank Rose (moderator), co-director and senior fellow, Center for Security, Strategy and Technology, Brookings Institution
