Join the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at George Washington University for a talk with Richard Arnold on Russian extremism and forms of ethnic violence. In his work, Arnold addresses the nature of violence by Russian racist skinheads against minorities and uses examples to develop a theory of ethnic violence and evaluate it using a content analysis of skinhead media, as well as interviews with skinhead perpetrators of ethnic violence. Registration is required.
