Evolution of Unilateral Sanctions and the Russian Case

Join Harvard's Davis Center for a talk with Ekaterina Likhacheva on anti-Russian sanctions. Dr. Likhacheva will present preliminary results of her research project on unilateral sanctions, which she has been conducting since 2015 at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. Likhacheva will reflect on a number of different aspects of anti-Russian sanctions, including their efficacy and their impacts on Russia, the world and the future of sanctions as a foreign policy instrument.
