For over 75 years ASEEES (Association fro Slavic, East, European and Eurasian Studies) has been the leading organization for scholarly work in Eurasia and Eastern Europe.

The Convention will last from November 21 to November 24 with over 2,800 scholars and practitioners of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies, presenting their findings over 600 sessions. 

56th Annual ASEES Convention will build upon 2023's theme–"decolonization" and bring the topic of "liberation" in regional and global contexts forward.
